Paije Frazier is the President and CEO of The Paije Group, which she founded in 2015 after watching too many entrepreneurs get sold generic advice and left to figure out the hard parts alone. A Certified Financial Coach and Licensed Insurance Agent, she built the practice to connect real business strategy with sound financial discipline, so owners can make confident, informed decisions.
Paije leads every engagement herself. She reviews operations, finances, branding, and funding readiness, then builds clear, step-by-step plans that fit each client's stage and resources. Her work spans one-on-one business review and development, funding preparation, and marketing direction for entrepreneurs and small business owners across Alabama, online and in person.
She is also a dedicated financial literacy educator, teaching adults and students in grades 5 through 12 the money skills that support stronger businesses and stronger futures..
